Yes, a native Windows distribution of MySQL has been available from MySQL AB since version 3.21.
To run MySQL on Windows, you need a Windows operating system such as Windows 7, or Windows Server 2003/2008/2012. Only 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 2003 and later are supported.
