Experience of complex multi server/instance solutions based on Windows and Linux O/S

Hands on experience implementing hosting solutions (IIS, Sharepoint, MS SQL, Multi site AD inc. MS DNS, Exchange 2003/2007/2010, Remote Desktop Services,any SAN knowledge, Good Linux Administration skills, Apache, Tomcat, MYSQL, knowledge of PHP/Perl/Ruby)

Good knowledge of virtulisation technologies, hands on experience with VMWare

Awareness of the supporting infrastructure for hosting solutions (Loadbalancing, firewalls, switching, routing)

Strong administration competence, visio and documentation of solutions

Compelling customer facing skills

Can Do Attitude

Ability to deliver against goals as part of a team or as an individual

Previous experience working with hosting customers

Ability to look at new technology and understand the implications of change and the impact it will have on your teams
