WordPress different language for Admin panel

We have some WordPress websites on different language, but we would like to
keep admin in English in our Multilanguage WordPress installations. So, we need to know if by example we have Spanish or German installation how to change WordPress dashboard language to English and is it possible to do it without installing plugin?

Hi,

The best way is to change the user/admin language. It could be done via Users -> Choose your username -> Language. In this way you can use English for admin panel and other language for the site front-end.
